Cranberry Shake

What you’ll Need:

200ml cranberry juice

1 frozen banana, cut into pieces

small scoop of vanilla icecream

ice cubes (optional) 

Place all ingredients into Blender and blend on speed 3 or 4

Banana Smoothie

What you’ll Need:

250ml milk

1 banana, chopped

¼ cup yoghurt

½ tablespoon honey

1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

Place all ingredients into Blender and blend on speed 3 or 4

Berry Thick Shake

What you’ll
Need:

270g frozen berry flavoured yoghurt

¼ cup mixed frozen berries

½ cup milk

Place all ingredients into Blender and blend on speed 3 or 4

Milkshake – your favourite

250ml milk

2 scoops of your
favourite icecream

2 tablespoons of your
favourite topping (Chocolate, Caramel, Strawberry)

Place all ingredients into Blender and blend on speed 3 or 4

Tropical Dreams

What you’ll Need:

300ml pineapple juice

50ml light coconut milk

150g frozen strawberries

1 scoop mango sorbet

Place all ingredients into Blender and blend on speed 3 or 4
